Fire protection and Tunnels Safety 2017 – 19th to 21st September, 2017
Location: Bergen, Norway
Join Navtech at the Fire protection and Tunnel Safety 2017 convention on the 19th to 21st September. Fire Protection and Tunnel Safety 2017 is the leading event bringing together tunnel owners and operators, researchers, solution providers and fire safety experts to gather and share best practices, risk minimisation strategies and technological advances which protect tunnel infrastructure and passenger safety across the continent.
Please visit our stand to find out more about our innovative tunnel safety system making use of the latest Radar Automatic Incident Detection (AID) technology.
Based on feedback from firefighters and tunnel operators we have developed a Situational Awareness capability in our ClearWay safety system that operates when you need it most during emergency conditions. It provides you with the exact location of people and vehicles in your tunnel displayed on an overhead map updated in real-time and it continues to perform through the hottest fires and thickest smoke.
The solution is currently being deployed in multiple tunnels and we would love to get your feedback on how we might improve the system further to make it even easier to use. We have a round table opportunity on Thursday Afternoon at 16:15 to learn more about what is needed to manage tunnel fire incidents and why Situational Awareness during such events is extremely important. We will be able to answer any of your questions and queries in person so feel free to come down and see us, spaces are limited so please let us know if you would like to take part.
The event will welcome the greatest minds in tunnel safety from across Europe to explore latest research, innovation and implementations to enhance safety and minimise fire risk. It is a great opportunity to learn from leading experts and we hope to see you there!
Join our round table discussion at 16:15 on the 21st!
