Navtech's UK
Headquarters and production facilities lie in the beautiful surroundings
of the Oxfordshire countryside. Sited close to Wantage and Oxford,
the premises are within easy reach of the M4 (Junc 14), Heathrow
airport and London.
This facility
is home to all engineering activities, including design, final system
integration and testing as well as project management and quality
assurance.
Navtech provides comprehensive electronic test and development facilities.
Substantial investment has been made in software, electronic CAD,
CAE, and RTOS and FPGA development systems.
A CAD/CAE system
for computer-aided engineering and design (both mechanical and electrical)
is available as are in-house software programs for mechanical, electronic
and software design and a range of simulation packages.
Navtech is part owner of extensive environmental and EMC test facilities.
These include 3 axis vibration tables, industrial ovens and highly
accelerated lifetime testing equipment. It is only by utilising
these facilities that we can ensure our products will survive in
the harsh environments in which they are typically deployed.
